How many of you actually do what you have to now in order to do what you WANT to later?

DvsJ asked:

I live in a 10×12 room, I drive an 800 dollar car, I invest almost half my paycheck every month, I rarely eat out, I quit drinking, I quit goin to strip clubs, I havent owned a tv in 4 years…Am I wasting my youth hoping for a secure future? It’s only on the holidays I start thinking like this.LOL

good for you! I have heard to save 5-10% of your income. Spend the rest on living expenses. Create a budget and stick to it. The best advice I can offer is to stay out of credit card debt. If you use a credit card, pay it off every month. If you are a student, it is hard, but don’t charge up a credit card. When you get out of school, you won’t make enough to pay it off, even if you get a really good job.

A nestegg is a good idea but that dont mean you have to be it
you gott get out sometime and do something-Anything you want to do
Dont wait till your to to enjoy whatever it is By the same token dont wait to long to build that nest egg either I pretty well said FTW till I was 45 It was 3 times as hard to get settled in at that age Im guessing your between 24 and 28 a little security wouldnt hurt and decide what kind of life you want to have while you still have a choice
    Aint life great
